*All claims against Unique Clothing Guarantee must be presented within four weeks from the date of receipt.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Vouchers and special offers must be claimed prior to fitting and placement of the order. Vouchers may not be accepted when other discounts or special offers are applied to the purchase.

All our hems are guaranteed for the life of the garment. This means we will redo any hem which has come undone, free of charge. This guarantee does not apply if the hem has come undone as a result of misuse or excessive wear and tear, for example garment hem has been stretched or caught and torn.

We do not accept responsibility for orders which have not been pinned by our trained staff. We are required for safety reasons, to remove any pins, if the order does not proceed.

Garments must be dry cleaned or laundered when presented for alterations, for health, safety and hygiene purposes.

Unused, unopened products can be returned for a full refund, when presented with the receipt within 7 days of the purchase.

Garments that are not picked up within three (3) months from drop off will be donated to charity if we have not been able to get in contact with you and/or you have not collected the garments.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT WE DAMAGE YOUR GARMENT:
1. We will buy the garment from you at the amount identified by an original receipt or to an agreed and fair value, based on age and condition. Unique Clothing will keep the original garment.

2. If the garment is new, we will repurchase and re-alter the garment. Unique Clothing will keep the original garment.

3. If you want to take the re-alteration to a different tailor, we will arrange alternatives or pay the cost of a tailor of your choice (not exceeding Unique Clothing’s prices).
